Puppy Pawty – Terms & Conditions

I, the undersigned (“Pet Parent”), have read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Pet Interaction & Supervision
   I understand that, unless otherwise instructed, my pet may interact and play with other pets and with staff members during the Puppy Pawty event.

2. Behavior Disclosure
   I affirm that any prior aggressive behavior or tendencies exhibited by my pet have been fully disclosed to the event organizers. I agree to notify the organizers of any changes in my pet’s behavior prior to attending future events or services.

3. Risk of Minor Injuries
   I acknowledge that minor injuries, including but not limited to nicks, bites, or scratches, may occur during play. I understand that I will be notified as soon as reasonably possible if any injury or health concern arises.

4. Assumption of Risk
   I understand that animals are unpredictable and that participation in this event carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death to my pet, other animals, or individuals.
   “Illness” includes, but is not limited to, Bordetella (kennel cough) and other contagious conditions.

5. Health & Vaccination Requirements
   I represent and warrant that my pet is in good health, free from contagious diseases, and up to date on all required vaccinations.

6. Release of Liability
   In consideration of the services and participation in the Solo walks, partner outings, check-ins, extended stays hosted by Puppy Pawty, I hereby waive, release, and discharge Puppy Pawty, including its owners and from any claims, actions, damages, or liabilities arising from injury, illness, or loss suffered by my pet or myself while participating in or attending the event.

7. Limitation of Liability
   This release applies to any claims arising from the care, custody, control, transportation, or participation of my pet in the event, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the Released Parties.

8. Emergency Care                                                                                                                                                                  In the event of a medical emergency, Puppy Pawty will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner and/or veterinarian.

9. The owner authorizes Puppy Pawty to seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense if necessary.

10. Agreement Not to Sue
    I agree not to initiate any legal proceedings against the Released Parties for claims covered under this waiver.

11. Cancellation & refunds                                                                                                                                               Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refund.                                                                          Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule at no additional charge.  Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund or credit toward future services.  Puppy Pawty reserves the right to cancel a service due to weather, safety concerns, or dog behavior. In such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be provided.
